It has been wildly used in petrochemical industry for it reduces circulation time, saves power and decreases evaporation losses.
Flow quantity of single headed rotating nozzle is 4-7times than that of fixed nozzle, which means a much stronger jet flow and mixing injection. It sprays farther and more area will be stirred up to a better mixture.
Single nozzle of the device can jet out to all direction (360°). There are number of times’ all-direction spraying each minute which generates countless dynamic ray-path. The seethe it stirs is conical and outward, and each whirl spraying works as a group, which makes the seethe in large scale and eradicates dead-zone effectively. The dynamics and effective range of the device are times of that of fixed ones, which means the device can drive all fluid in corresponding tanks, and makes oil mix well and present better quality. The device offers throughout mixture with less time cost, and oil’s percent of one-pass will be increased. Mixture can be finished in 4-6 hours if the device is input in form of additive circulation. When it comes to empty-tank mixture, the device can be turned on the instant liquid level reaches half of the tank, and the process of mixture will come along with the filling of oil. It finishes when oil filing finishes, and no extra time is needed. The primary mixture qualification reaches 100% while the qualification ratio of fixed nozzle is 70% with extra 4-6 hours circulation, which means rotating nozzle saves over 42% power. When brought into production, it will generate better practical and environmental effect with over 42% energy saving.
Ⅱ Principle of Rotating Nozzle
Rotating nozzle is powered by eccentric force or thrust nozzle, the torque of which drives the nozzle rotate at a constant speed to spray and mix the oil homogeneously. In accordance with mixture time, the relationship among pump lift, diameter of tank, liquid level and flow size is set into 1-4 typical liquid level. At the same time, flow rate and nozzle diameter is reasonably arranged to ensure the process of mixture to be more omnibearing, to have primary and secondary key and to be of wholeness.
Point 1：sweeping the bottom. Nozzle pointing at the bottom ensures constant bottom sweeping and drives upward flow;
Point 2：Thrusting the top. Nozzle pointing at the top ensures the middle area under constant thrust and makes medium be mixed all the time.
Point 3：Main Nozzle. Main nozzle works as fixed nozzle when it was placed under safe liquid level 0-3m, which makes it work like there are countless “fixed nozzle” at work;
Point 4：Assistant Nozzle. Assistant nozzle changes spraying of all liquid level, which makes it work like there are countless “fixed nozzle” at work;
By working like this, all liquid level from bottom to edge zone will be worked by countless “fixed nozzle” groups, and large scale overturning will be generated. The effect of such work is incomparable even to import products. Real practice and customs’ feedback show that our product is in the leading position.
The device is composed of nozzle, collecting pipe, rotating head, main sprayer, flange, bolt and so forth. The material of these component is 20# and Q235 or stainless steel. The rotating head is made of stainless steel and bearing steel.
There are generally 1 to 6 nozzles:
Single-headed rotating spraying: no collecting pipe. There are generally a main sprayer and a sprayer pointing at the bottom.
Multi-headed sprayer: Collecting pipe equipped. There are generally two symmetrical sprayer pointing at the bottom which serve as secondary rotating power.
A main sprayer and sprayers pointing at 1 to 3 areas.
The device is designed in accordance with corresponding size of tanks, kind of oil, flow of pumps and other parameters. And the size and angle of the device are also accord the above reference substance
三、 Specifications and Model Selection
In order to make ideal mixture, the following model selection shall be noted in addition to diameters of oil pipe, flow and lift of pumps:
1, If diameter of tank is bigger than height of tank and the flow is small, then single-headed shall be chosen;
If diameter of tank is bigger than height of tank and the flow is big, then multi-headed shall be chosen; If volume of tank is smaller than 5000m3, then multi-headed shall be chosen; If volume of tank is bigger than 10000m3, then single-headed shall be chosen to ensure adequate spraying power.
2, If liquid level for mixture start is higher than half the whole height, then single-headed shall be selected. And if liquid level for mixture start is low, then multi-headed shall be selected to reduce volatilizing.
3, If viscosity is high, then fast rotating shall be selected. If viscosity is low, then slow rotating shall be selected. For example, if the medium is gasoline, rotating speed shall be lower than 8round /min.
