1.3.1.1 Overview

In order to solve the oil tank liquid sampling cumbersome problem, according to the international standard and combined with rich practical experience sampler, our company developed a HCYG type Oil Tank Sampler products which were praised by customers. 1.3.1.2 Range of Application

Medium Range: naphtha, gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, crude oil, gas oil, bitumen, chemicals, etc.

Sample Type: opposite points, fixed sampling points or relatively homogeneous liquid mixture of the sampling point.

Ambient temperature: -15 ~ 90 (installing insulation and heating as per to different required)

The type of sample flowing into bottle: hydraulic driven high pressure or purge drive

System Cleaner Drive: pneumatic pump (to be equipped with 0.3MPa ~ 0.8MPa air), hand pumps

The Type of Sample Device

1. HCYG-I Type: Apply to internal floating roof tank and external floating roof tank

2. HCYG-K type: Apply to vault tank, internal floating roof tank and external floating roof tank

3. HCYG-X Type: Apply to non-mixing equipment vault tank, internal floating roof tank and external floating roof tank

4. HCYG-H Type: Apply to non- mixing equipment low vault tank

5. HCYG-D type: Apply to non-uniform sampling medium such as crude oil per meter, and also apply to non-mixing equipment vault tank, internal floating roof tank

1.3.1.4.1 HCYG-I Type (Single-Arm) Oil Tank Sampler

1. Works principle

2. Technical Features

c. The upper, middle and lower sampling point based entirely on the liquid level in synchronization by sampling ratio 5 / 6,1 / 2,1 / 6 lift. Sampling tolerance is only 1% and more accurate than traditional methods.

d. Sampling within 2-4 meters height can also be sampled, the tolerance of sampling is less than 5% as per to specification required.

1.3.1.4.2 HCYG-K Type (Flexible Folding Arm) Oil Tank Sampler

1. Works principle

HCYG-K sampler tank consisting of an isosceles triangle ACE in the tank: AC arm is wire rope, CE arm is steel pipe and strengthen arm.

The upper sampling point B, the middle sampling point C and the lower sampling point D are fixed at AC arm, CE arm, and AC = CE, AB = DE = 1 / 6AC = 1 / 6CE
